Founded in 2010, the Allegheny Community Center (ACC) is a non-profit organization operating under the auspices of Experience, Inc., serving residents of Warren and Forest Counties. The ACC’s primary focus is on meeting the needs of older people. The Center fosters respect, independence and personal growth for each individual. As a community resource, it provides access to supportive services and activities.

The continued goals of the ACC are to meet the diverse recreational, health and fitness, nutritional, social and educational needs of area residents through quality programs and services. We hope to make people feel welcome and have a sense of belonging at the Center and to be a community resource for programming and rental space.

The ACC hosts the Prime Time health programs and has staff familiar with providing the public with quick and easy access to a broad array of services that support long-term living and healthy lifestyles, as well as:

  • exercise programs – chair exercise, yoga, tai chi, ping pong, pool, line dancing, walking, indoor bocce, bowling and an open exercise room
